The process can be divided into three stages:
Design
One of our friendly team will work with you to design a kitchen that suits your individual needs and unique taste. Your designer will look at any kitchen inspiration images you may have, and if you’re renovating will also ask questions about your current design. Together you will discuss the style you like, the materials you prefer and choose your ideal kitchen colours. From there, we’ll your measurements in order to draft your plan and provide an accurate quote. You can then discuss any additions or changes before we commence your project.
Manufacture
After your plan is approved, we’ll commence work on your brand new kitchen. Our expert team of cabinetmakers will cut kitchen to size using state-of-the-art CNC technology, and then pre assemble it in our Brisbane factory.
Installation
Now for the fun part – installing your kitchen! At KitchenU our licensed custom kitchens installers can install your kitchen for you. Or if you’re a handyperson, you can choose our flat pack or DIY options instead to make even further savings.

We sure can. In fact, everything we make is completely made-to-measure. No matter the size or shape of a room, KitchenU can design and manufacture custom made kitchen cabinets and custom kitchen islands to suit.
Depending on the size of your kitchen, installation can take between two and four days, however, there are many other factors that may impact the timeframe of your kitchen installation, such as electrical and plumping, so it’s best to make a time to discuss your new kitchen with one of our friendly team. Our designers will work with you to design your custom kitchen cabinets, and will be able give you a more detailed timeframe once we’ve agreed on a plan that suits your individual needs, personal taste and allocated budget.
