Takes inspiration from homes in this breathtakingly beautiful area near New York, a Hamptons style kitchen epitomises coastal elegance, with shaker style cabinets and large stone island benchtops in a white or light colour palette. There are numerous other popular styles of kitchens, including Country, French Provincial and Colonial. These styles are more traditional, and feature shaped doors, invoking a very ‘homey’ feel. You also have more modern kitchen styles, including Contemporary and Industrial, which feature sleek lines and polished finishes.

Consider your colour palette

The colour of your kitchen is important for many reasons. Your choice of colour can determine whether your kitchen will feel light and airy, dark and dramatic or fun and colourful! We believe the best colour palette is one that you love, not one that might be in fashion this season. We encourage our clients to have fun with their kitchen, but do remember that some colour choices can be polarising.
